The games-masters shall put onthe competitions in Marathon at the Herakleia.Thirty men shalloversee the competitions, (selected) fromthose present, three from eachtribe. They shall undertakein the sanctuary jointly toarrange the contest in the best possible manner.They shall be not less than thirty yearsold. These menshall swear in the sanctuaryon the victims.
